Competition belaying clinic.

A free evening clinic at Bolder Climbing Elevated, 6–9 pm. Places are limited to 12 experienced belayers who already hold a lead-belay check at the venue.

Learn with Chris Adshade, then consider helping at the November 7 lead competition. Check the announcement for prerequisites and equipment.

Before you commit to a role

  1. Check the task and time.

    Ask what you’ll be doing, when to arrive and how long the shift lasts.

  2. Confirm experience and support.

    Some roles need specific skills, training or membership. The organizer can explain what applies and what support is available.

  3. Know who to meet.

    Confirm your contact, check-in location and any instructions you need before the event.
