Updated selection process for CWG

The ACA Board has approved a new selection process for the CWG due to a change in the event, mainly adding a second medal. The CWG will now have a medal event for Boulder and Lead. The updated policy on the selection process has been uploaded under the CWG of the website. It can also be found here.
