  Qualifiers: Flashed 4 routes

  This competition will not have a finals round.
  
  Important note about athlete rests: There will be a minimum 30 minute rests for athletes between their 2nd and 3rd problems.
  The rest between their 1st and 2nd problems, and their 3rd and 4th problems will be equal to the running order time (back to back).
